Charlie's love for performing started as a senior in High School.  He performed as "Jake Blues" of the Blues Brothers in a class Assembly.  This was his debut in the world of entertainment and it just so happened that he was singing in front of the entire school.  The performance was supposed to be one night only, however when the band director saw the act he quickly recruited The Blues Brothers for the Annual Band Assembly.

Charlie took up the guitar in college and learned to really appreciate music.  He had always loved Elvis, however he had never thought of impersonating him until his mother (a very talented seamstress) made him a jumpsuit for Halloween (see picture).  This picture was taken in 1993.

After Halloween The King was hired for a local business function and...an Elvis Tribute Artist was Born!!  As time went on Charlie truly began to appreciate how talented Elvis was.  As a tribute artist he realizes that it is important to portray the king at his best, a lean, mean, singing machine!
